These terms apply to the FlyBees website at flybeesapp.com, including its blog and its waitlist. By using the website, you agree to them. The FlyBees app is not released yet. It will have its own terms when it is.

Who runs FlyBees

FlyBees is run by Het Dave, an individual based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. FlyBees is not a registered company. In these terms, “FlyBees”, “we” and “us” mean Het Dave. You can reach us at [email protected].

The app is coming soon

The website describes an app that is still being built. We do not promise that it will be released, when, in which countries, at what price, or with every feature the website describes. Features may change before launch.

The waitlist

  • Joining the waitlist costs nothing and does not commit you or us to anything.
  • Join only with an email address that is yours.
  • The privacy notice explains how we use your address. You can leave at any time by writing to [email protected].
  • We may remove addresses that appear to be automated or abusive.

The blog

The blog is general travel writing. It is not professional advice. Opening times, prices, routes, entry rules, visa requirements and safety conditions change, so check them with official sources before you rely on them. Where a post gives costs, they apply to the year it states. You are responsible for your own travel decisions, bookings and safety.

Content and credits

The website’s text and design belong to FlyBees unless a page says otherwise. You may quote short passages if you link back to the page they come from.

Photographs credited to other people are used under the licences named in their credits, such as Creative Commons licences. You may reuse them only on the terms of those licences.

Do not use the FlyBees name or wordmark in a way that suggests we made, own or endorse something we did not.

Using the website fairly

Do not:

  • try to disrupt or overload the website or its waitlist, or get around its security;
  • submit email addresses automatically, or on someone else’s behalf;
  • use the website in a way that breaks the law.

Links to other websites

The website links to other websites, such as photograph sources and authors’ own pages. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle personal data.

No warranty, and limits on liability

The website is provided free of charge and as it is. It may change, be unavailable at times, or contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, FlyBees is not liable for any loss that arises from using the website or from relying on its content, including indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability, or takes away any right, that cannot be limited or taken away under Indian law, including your rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. This does not affect any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
